APA (I) Scholarship Available

The Centre of Expertise in Photonics at the University of Adelaide has recently established state-of-the-art research laboratories for developing soft glass microstructured optical fibres.

The Centre has recently won funding to extend our work in the sensing area to applications in environmental monitoring.

Apply for an APA (I) scholarship for your chance to engage in cutting edge interdisciplinary science with real world applications. The Scholarship is supported by an ARC 2009 Linkage Grant for the project entitled “Optical fibre-dip sensors for in-situ environmental monitoring”.

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a vibrant team at a time of rapid expansion.
